Chikin Bar-B-Q

Troop 149 Chikin BBQ - Saturday May 11th at Harris Shoals Park.

We need a pretty good count on tickets sold at the May 7 Troop meeting so we can buy the food for the appropriate number of meals to be served. All the profits will go into your scout account and the amount will be determined by the number of tickets sold and hours worked the day of the BBQ. Scouts working at the BBQ are doing so by patrols this year.
-Shark patrol has the 6:30 - 9:30 shift
-Lightning patrol has 9:00 - 12:00
-Dragon patrol has 10:00 to 1:00
-Gator patrol has 11:30 to 2:30

Scouts take notice of your patrol's time. Your patrol leader will be taking a head count on who will be working next Troop meeting.
