Just a note again to remind all Scouts and their families to mark your calendars and plan to attend the annual Troop Pig Roast.
This is an annual family event graciously hosted by the Dawe's at their lovely home. The highlight of this event is honoring the fine young men from our troop who are heading off to college. We also look forward to seeing alumni and their families return so we can get reacquainted with them. For the younger Scouts and their families, it is a wonderful time to get acquainted with other families and Scouts of Troop 149.
How you can help?
Volunteers need to assist with Pig Roasting, Set up, Clean-up, feeding the crew, etc.
We'll need tables, chairs, coolers, ice, papergoods, etc.
So, if you can help in anyway, please let me or Linda Struemph (770-725-5372) know how you can assist in making this a successful event.
